Deposit of 1/2 the stay will guarantee the reservation for the day of scheduled arrival. Refund issued if canceled seven days prior to scheduled arrival, less a $25 handling fee. Less than seven days non refundable sorry. Weekends, holidays, & special events are at highest rate, might require minimum stays, require full amount of stay when making reservation and are non refundable, sorry no exceptions. Groups are prepaid in full and not refundable. No refunds for early departures.
