Beach Buffet $39 per person - two scrumptious salads, a green garden salad with all the fixings and a beautiful garnished cold veggie pasta salad, slow cooked rotisserie Caribbean jerk chicken, Cuban rice and beans, fresh baked lemon pepper butter Mahi Mahi, fresh baked rolls, with butter and coffee.. 

Super Beach Buffet $49 per person - Appetizer table with fine imported cheeses, assorted crackers, our famous home made fish dip, set up with ornamental fruit. Three scrumptious salads, green garden with all the fixings, beautiful garnished cold veggie pasta, and fine pasta, macaroni or decorative tropical fruit salad, whole Island BBQ pig or slow cooked rotisserie Caribbean jerk chicken, baked Mahi Mahi or Yellow tail snapper with lemon pepper butter glaze, seafood shrimp boat in a carved watermelon with hand made bamboo sails with decorative Main lobster captaining the boat, yellow rice or twice baked potatoes, fresh baked rolls, butter, coffee, and key lime pie dessert sampler.

First Class $69 per person - Appetizer table set up, 4 scrumptious salads, green garden salad with all the fixings, garnished cold veggie pasta, sliced Roma Tomatoes, Mozzarella Cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette, and an awesome fresh fruit salad, Prime rib carving station or whole roasted Island BBQ pig or cooked to perfection juicy New York Steak, seafood shrimp boat in a carved watermelon with hand made bamboo sails with decorative whole Main Lobster, baked Mahi Mahi or yellow tail with a light lemon pepper butter glaze, Cuban rice and beans or Rice Pilaf or garlic potatoes, slow cooked rotisserie Caribbean jerk chicken, In a split shell grilled to perfection Florida lobster, fresh baked assorted rolls, butter, coffee, two dessert choices.

VIP Five Star Buffet $99 per person - Full raw bar table with Sushi Boat, oysters in 1/2 shell, clams in 1/2 shell and all the fixings. Second appetizer table with fine imported assorted gourmet cheese, crackers and our famous fish dip, assorted hot Hors D'oeuvres butler service including , beef and Mushroom turnovers, macadamia crusted chicken Tenders, Fig and Goat Cheese Focaccia, Main Buffet: Classic Caesar Salad, Red & Yellow Tomatoes, Mozzarella, and Basil Salad, Scalloped Potatoes and crispy cheese topping. Boneless Breast of Chicken stuffed with Julienne Vegetables, Champagne Honey dip Baby carrots, Carved seared filet Mignon or Prime rib or New York Steak, Fresh Florida lobster baked with a light butter garlic glaze, Cuban rice and beans or Rice Pilaf or garlic potatoes, assorted fresh baked rolls with butter, coffee service, assorted deserts, Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies, Chocolate Mouse cups with Berry Garnish, Assorted mini Petit Fours, small fresh fruit platter.

Smaller weddings might require equal substitutions and will be platted. Substitutions, suggestions and custom buffets welcome, try our New England Seafood bake, smoked prime rib, k-bobs, sausage & peppers, or veggie delights, price might increase.

Prices of the private catered Tiki bar on the beach with great selection of premium liquors, tropical drinks, wines, beers, and juices.

Four Hour Premium Minimum: $10 per person for first hour, $8 per person per hour for the next three hours, $6 per hour after four hours
