Thank you for visiting our web site. We have Rustic traditional Keys Captains Cottages with a queen, single bed and a full kitchen, General Quarters are brand new with decorative marble, Jacuzzi tubs a queen and a single with mini refrigerator and microwave and Admirals suites with two queens, a queen sleeper couch, and full kitchen. We also have a handicapped studio with one queen, and a full kitchens, All rooms have cable TV, free coffee, free ramp, free local calls, and free kayaks. We are on a 7-acre estate with a private nature preserve.

With out fishing, diving, environmental, and sunset, charters, along with our full water sports rentals, Ultralight float airplane flight school, and so much I am sure you will love our unique keys island retreat. Full free weight gym, Marlin meeting room, camp fire area, BBQ's, full dive school and instruction with a 12 passenger and a six passenger dive and charter boat, world class fishing guedes, fleet of boats and waverunners at our quaint little marina and more. We are located 70 south of Miami on Windley Key right in the center of the resort strip. You can swim with the dolphins, enjoy the gambling ships, parasail or take a glass bottom boat ride.

We generally feed the birds, fish and other wild critters in the morning generally at 10:00 AM on request. The Florida Bay backcountry is beautiful and the wildlife and fishing is outstanding. We are a quaint Mom & Pop type Keys resort and enjoy getting to know our guests. The uniqueness has made the resort a movie and modeling headquarters, you might even meet a Hollywood star or watch a movie, commercial or series being shot.

Cancellation policy: Weekend, holidays, & special events require minimum stay, are paid in advance & never refundable. Specific or winter rates may apply. All others reservations require a minimum of 1/2 of the stay paid in advance, make checks payable to Coconut Cove Resort. Groups are prepaid in full, and not refundable. If you cancel 7 days prior to your arrival date, refunds are given minus a $25 handling fee, less than 7 days notice are never refundable, sorry no exceptions. Groups are prepaid in full and are not refundable. No refunds for early departures. Please make sure you get trip/travel insurance for hurricane season June to November.
